DRIVER PAY & BENEFIT PACKAGE
Mileage Pay
Starting Mileage Pay:
Based on experience. Annual increases available with no cap.
Per Diem:
5.5 cents of your mileage pay is NOT TAXED.
Paid Loaded & Empty:
Paid for dispatched PC*Miler miles whether loaded or empty.
Paid a flat rate on local loads to maintain your earning level.

Detention Pay: (Paid hourly after 2 hours for loading or unloading)

DOT Inspection Pay:
You are paid $50.00 for every error free level 1 inspection.
Tank Wash Pay:
You are paid $30.00 for each time you wash at a commercial wash facility.
US/Canada Crossing Delays:
You are paid detention for any border crossing delays.

Stop Off Pay:
Paid an extra $50.00 for each stop after initial pickup and delivery.
Layover Pay:
Paid $25.00 for first 24 hours and $55.00 for each additional 24 hours. This pay is NOT TAXED. You get the free use of company motel room when in Des Moines.
Breakdown Pay:
Paid $100.00 for first 24 hour period. This pay is NOT TAXED.
Bereavement Pay:
Pay for 3 days at $104.00 per day in the event of the death of an immediate family member.

Bonus Pay
Holiday Pay: (This pay is received when you are on duty)

Trimester Fuel Bonus: (every 4 months)
Bonus paid as a flat rate based on your mpg. The required mpg is adjusted for seasonal changes. This bonus ranges from 1/2 to 3 cents per mile.
Recruiting Bonus:
- Paid $200.00 when a driver you recruit is hired.
- Paid another $200.00 when a recruit completes 90 days of employment for a total bonus of $400.00 per recruit.

We contribute over $4,300 towards your Health Insurance
(Blue Cross/Blue Shield) plus $15,000 of Life Insurance. In addition, the

Pay Options:
- Direct deposited to your bank account
- Loaded on to your fuel card where you can use it as you need it or you can direct it to be deposited to your bank account
Trimester Safety Awards:
Every trimester drivers receive items for meeting safety and performance goals. A trimester is 4 months.
Length of Employment Award:
Drivers receive a gold ring at 5 years of service with a diamond added to the ring for each additional 5 years of continuous service with the company.
